About Me

My work is grounded in both professional training and personal understanding.

I am a certified trauma-informed coach, through an ICF-accredited coaching program. Additionally, I am a certified nervous system regulation practitioner and trauma-informed meditation instructor.

Alongside this, my experience of life as a military spouse has given me a real understanding of how much can be carried – often without space to process it.

This combination of lived experience and professional training shapes how I work.

My work is guided by passion rather than profit, with a focus on offering something accessible. I am deeply passionate about working with charities and community groups.

How I Work

This is a coaching-led space – not therapy.

Nothing is forced, and you’re not told what to do. We simply create space to slow things down, talk things through, and begin to make sense of what’s been building – at a pace that feels right for you.

Alongside coaching, I can gently bring in simple, practical ways to support your nervous system, if that feels helpful.

Everything is led by you, and shaped around what you need in the moment.

Work With Me

1:1 Calm & Reset
A one-off session for when things feel like they’ve built up. A space to pause, breathe, and talk through what’s going on – without needing to have it all figured out. Alongside coaching, I can gently bring in simple, practical ways to help your nervous system begin to settle, if that feels helpful. You may leave with a clearer head, a sense of steadiness, and a few simple ways to take the edge off.

1:1 Ongoing Coaching
A steady space so you don’t have to carry everything on your own. Over time, we gently explore what’s been building, notice patterns, and begin to understand things more clearly. Alongside this, we can work with simple nervous system support to help you feel more settled day-to-day, in a way that feels manageable and realistic. From there, we find small, steady ways forward that feel right for you.

Workshops for Teams and Charitable Organisations
Calm, practical workshops designed to support people who carry stress, pressure and on-going emotional load – whether through their work, environment or daily life. These sessions are gentle, focussing on understanding what’s going on and practical support to help the nervous system and feel more settled. If you’re exploring ways to support your team, please do get in touch. We can have a simple conversation about what might be helpful.
